What we collect

When you submit the Request a Proposal form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, project type, and project description. We receive only what you choose to send us.

Like most websites, our web server and hosting systems may also automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use the information from the form to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about your project. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the people and services we need to answer your request, as described below.

Email delivery

When you submit the form, your message is delivered to our team by email. An email delivery service (provided through our website hosting) handles that message on our behalf, and is permitted to use it only to deliver it to us.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to make the site work and to understand in general terms how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed most. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still be usable.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete it.

Requesting deletion or a copy of your information

To ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at bhilyer@foresiteservices.com, call (205) 312-8987, or write to Foresite Services, Inc., 3109 Blue Lake Drive, Ste 121, Vestavia, AL 35243.
